Responsibilities:
- work with BI Team Leader and business users to develop the detailed specifications for BI reports and dashboards
- execute BI reporting and dashboard requirements in accordance with the BI solution specifications
- execute unit testing of BI solution work products
- provide assistance to the BI Dev and RD TL in the conduct of the UAT activities
- provide post-implementation support on issues relating to the BI solution work products
- support the Advanced Analytics team by creating reports and dashboards for analytics
- create complete documentation of BI specs and unit testing results
Qualifications:
- graduate of Information Technology, Business Administration or related course
- working knowledge of the requirements for BI solution implementation
- SQL programming skills
- good to have SAS programming skills
- technical writing /documentation
- good communication skills
